Medical Weight Management
At your initial consultation, we will review your current health, order initial blood work and determine the best options for you. Following your first visit, we will track your progress with weekly clinic visits to review your BMI, check in with your Food & Fitness log and administer medication.
We offer a 12 week semaglutide program for patients who qualify. Semaglutide injections are a once-a-week dose that works by mimicking the effects of a hormone in your body to help regulate blood sugar levels as well as your appetite and food intake. Our semaglutide is combined with B12 for energy, sleep cycle regulation and an overall better patient experience.

What is semaglutide?
Semaglutide is an FDA approved injectable medication for adults suffering from obesity or excess weight. Semaglutide is administered once weekly for chronic weight management. It works by mimicking the effects of a hormone in your body to help regulate blood sugar levels and reduce food intake.
The most common side effects while taking semaglutide may include; nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, stomach cramping or pain, headache, tiredness, upset stomach, dizziness feeling bloated, belching, gas and heartburn.
In clinical trials, semaglutide helps most recipients lose 10% of their body weight. More than half of the recipients reduced their weight by 15%. Semaglutide should be combined with lifestyle changes, including a healthy diet and increased physical activity.
To determine if you are a good candidate for weight loss using semaglutide, we will measure your body mass index (BMI) and take a health history at your initial consultation. Adults with a BMI greater than or equal to 30, or 27 with at least one weight-related health condition.

Frankie has a background working in a fast-paced emergency department & is confident in providing care to all of his patients. He works closely with Dr. Kolder both in the O.R. & the clinic
