Lash Extensions
Eyelash extensions can provide a popular alternative to mascara, lasting longer and often helping to accentuate your eyes more than traditional makeup can. Whether you’re getting ready for a big event or simply use lash extensions to maintain your look, this handy makeup alternative is sure to make an impact.
Pacifica Medical Spa offers a range of cosmetic services to help men and women look and feel their very best. Our Aesthetic Nurses strive to make each individual feel comfortable, confident and pampered.
HOW DO LASH EXTENSIONS WORK?
Eyelash extensions are typically made of silk, mink or a synthetic material. Each extension is individually attached to each of your own eyelashes, making for a longer-lasting option than stick-on lashes and a more permanent option than mascara.
BEFORE YOUR LASH EXTENSION TREATMENT
Before getting your lash extensions, you’ll have a consultation with one of our Aesthetic Nurses. You can discuss your goals and learn more about what to expect from the procedure.
If you’re interested in additional permanent or semi-permanent cosmetics, you may wish to browse our menu of permanent makeup. We also offer LATISSE® as one of our skincare products to enhance your natural lashes.

YOUR LASH EXTENSION PROCEDURE
Your actual lash extension procedure should be rather relaxing. The treatment typically takes between an hour to an hour and a half, during which you can lie comfortably with your eyes closed while your Aesthetic Nurse applies the lashes.
RESULTS
Your eyelash extensions can last anywhere from 2 weeks to 1 month, depending on how well you care for them. Your lashes should appear fuller, thicker and darker, with the added bonus of curl. You can apply makeup over the lashes if you wish, and your lashes should stay on through showers and pool parties. You can come back for a touch-up treatment after a couple of weeks, during which your Aesthetic Nurse will safely and carefully remove your lash extensions before applying fresh ones.
